Winter trees hold up their arms to the warm colors the sun leaves behind. The opposite end of the day from my Cradle Of The Moon I 888 images.

A digital photograph of the sunset behind Winter trees. Or of Winter trees in front of the sunset, depending on how you look at it. :) I filtered just slightly to reduce grain, and did a little cropping for the various print sizes, but other then that, no changes, not even contrast and what not.

This photo takes part in the 'scenery and landscape contest'. For more information read *ssilence's journal.

This piece could have easily been jumbled and chaotic, but the three separate bunches of trees gives it great line and form. Excellent capture!

really beautiful! I love the colors . . . but then, sunset has always been my favorite time of day! wow . . . just wow. :D

Actually, I have photographs of the whole show (well, I didn't go all the way to darkness...). :) It will take me a while with my current job, but I hope to post more of them slowly. I think this was the one with the most intense colors though.

Really beautiful, once again. I won't repeat what I've already said about the silhouettes, because they look just as good here, if not better. I love the contrast of the colours in behind, and how they give a full spectrum of warm colours - from a blazing gold to a gentle purple... and then into the wonderful cool blues. Really beautiful...
