A cria (baby alpaca), under her mother Buttercup, just a few hours old - we got to see that baby getting born while we were there!

Alpacas are related to lamas, but are smaller and have softer wool, and are usually raised for the fiber that they produce. They are also cute, and generally sweet tempered, with funny cuddly faces.
